How do I get my business or venue listed on the Sociability app?

Businesses can get involved with Sociability for free by finding their venue in the app and contributing photos, and alerts.

If your venue is already listed, you can also use Claim My Business to take greater control of the information shown for your place. Once your claim is approved, you can flag old photos and add new ones, flag accessibility information that needs updating and share live alerts when accessibility features such as lifts or toilets are temporarily unavailable.

If your venue does not yet have accessibility information, you can add photos through the app and our team will review and add the relevant accessibility information.

For larger organisations, workplaces, estates or more complex sites, we also offer paid business services including professionally mapped Detailed Accessibility Guides and our Accessibility Management System (AMS).
