How can I update my venue’s accessibility information on Sociability?

To manage your venue directly, on the venue profile, click into the “About” tab and select "Claim My Business" to fill out the short form. Once your claim is approved, you can access Business Admin features.

As a Business Admin, you can:

• Set live alerts for your venue to share immediate updates, such as a temporary entrance closure

• Flag old venue photos and attach new ones to reflect changes in your space

• Flag any outdated or incorrect information so our team can review and update it for you

• Share your accessibility profile on your website and social channels
