Why doesn’t a venue have accessibility information on the Sociability app?

The venue or area may not have been mapped yet.

Sociability’s venue mapping started in London and continues to expand, with thousands of places now listed across the UK.

If we haven’t visited a venue yet, you can support the community by:

• Add photos of the venue yourself directly through the app – be sure to try and show key accessibility features such as entrances, steps, ramps and toilets

• Leave a Sweet or Sour review to let others know about your experience

• Report an Alert if you notice something broken or out of service on your visit, such as a lift or bathroom
