What accessibility information should I include for the best listing?
Clear, high-quality photos that show the full layout of your venue are the most valuable part of any accessibility listing.
For the best listing:
Aim for 3 to 4 photos per space to show the layout clearly
Make sure key features are easy to see, including steps, ramps, lifts, doorways and the access routes between spaces
Share timely updates or set up live alerts if an accessibility feature changes, such as an entrance becoming temporarily unavailable
Once the photos are uploaded, our team verifies and adds accessibility tags so that other Disabled people can find the places that suit their access needs.
