How physically demanding is a Sociability Community Day?
The activity is designed to be slow-paced and to reflect the access needs of the group.
We stay close to the meeting point and do not travel too far. The exact distance, pace and route depend on the group and their access needs. Many attendees use mobility aids, and taking part in the team activity is optional.
