  • If you complete a survey that we ask you to complete for research purposes, a copy of your answers. Although you do not have to respond to any surveys we send you.

IP Addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

Deactivating your account

To deactivate your SociAbility App or website account, please email to confirm deactivation of your account. This will remove your personal data from our database. You are able to sign up again at any time in the future, of course!

SociAbility may make updates to this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes that we may make in the future will be posted online at We will also update the Last Updated and Effective Date information immediately upon making any change.
